We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Crew Chiefs at the Lexington County Collection Sites. This entry-level position requires no prior experience, as we provide all necessary training and development to ensure you are fully prepared for success.

Responsibilities:
The Crew Chief is responsible for the general oversight of individuals employed at the various sites via Industrial Services. This position is responsible for transportation of individuals, opening and closing locations as needed, and managing the overall needs of the Collection Sites. The Crew Chief is expected to develop and maintain a cooperative and professional working relationship with colleagues and is expected to represent Babcock Center appropriately and conduct him/herself in a professional manner when interacting with people receiving services, their families, staff from other agencies, customers, and the general public.
Qualifications:
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Have positive references from past employment.
  • Maintain approved driving privileges with Babcock Center.
